I managed to find 4 more Original Strobe FX by Spinmaster. The batteries were dead so I opened the bottom part of the packaging to check the battery compartment.
There were no leaking batteries and all four were clean and in need of a fresh set of Alkalines.
So I replaced them and e' Voila, we have 4 perfectly working Strobe FX.
As soon as these are spotted by those who know, they will sell.
I have put the price up because the guy I got these from knew what they are worth and sold them to me for a lot more than I would normally pay for them. He didn't know they were working though, if he had, I am sure he would have charged a lot more.
I still offer the same guarantee on these as I do all my other products, so buy with confidence.
You know, every time I sell out, I feel sad. That I wish I had kept them for myself. But you know what, I think that if I kept them, I wouldn't find anymore, thats why I let them go every time. I like searching for them.
I had a customer contact me and tell me they have seen Strobe FX in Disneyland, well I can confirm that this is NOT TRUE. I visited Disney and what they have there are nothing like Strobe FX, in actual fact they are a very pale immitation (nothing wrong with them, they're for kids afterall, they just ain't Strobe FX).
There are so many kinds of fakes knocking around, it is so sad that such a great product has been dropped by the manufacturer. I have no idea why, and if I could afford it I would pay to have them made myself.
Oh well... Get one while you can!
