Operation
Fully press to switch on and turn the bezel to select the General Mode or the Turbo Mode. A soft-press anytime while the light is on will change the brightness levels of a certain mode. Keep the light off for over 2 seconds and the light will turn completely off, restoring the regulation circuit to the default setting.
Doc says: " I have found the Rebel 100 chip to produce a much warmer light, similar to the glow from a light most folks are used to. Not the Cold clinical, bluish tint of CREE (in comparison I mean. The Cree normally looks pure white, its only when you compare the two that you can say it looks more blue where the rebel looks more orange). I think this offers a certain amount of choice now and no excuse for folks who thought they didn't like the light shed by LEDS"
